We are celebrating our new home every day when we wake up and see a good, nice built home by the Little Mountain Family.  We met with three builders before finding you, but never felt it was the right choice/fit for us with any of them.  We got to the point of looking at existing homes for sale.  It wasn’t easy for us to move forward with building and to find the right builder, but we had a great feeling about Rick once we met with him for the first time.  We were always comfortable meeting and chatting with Rick.  He is a very accommodating person, and this encouraged us to move forward with you.  He stayed the same during the building process, checking on the work step by step, meeting us whenever we needed to, very understanding and accommodating to our needs/wishes. During the building process Justin was always there for us investigating everything and listening our needs to make them happen.  He was wonderful to work with.  Wendi also worked hard on answering questions, change orders, providing quotes on extra items, and working with us on anything we needed.  Hope we weren’t too demanding, but I know I was at times.  You all make a wonderful team, but more like a family to us now.  I have to admit, I am hard to satisfy, and I pay attention to little details, sometimes they make the difference for me.  If I am satisfied with our new home, anyone else will be satisfied with your services.  Can’t tell you how many compliments we have received on how pretty the house is in and out.  This is not just our home, it is also Little Mountain’s home, we built it together.  Thank you for building our home and for making this a great experience for us to look back and be proud and happy.  We enjoyed every moment of it, even during stressful times.

We’ve been at our house for two years now.  I wanted to write you this letter to express how happy Meghan and I are with the house that you built for us.  Every day I am grateful that we chose Little Mountain Homes, and you to build our home.  Everything from the lot which you helped us choose, to the work that went into the construction.  We are very happy with the quality of everything.  You were a great help to us in choosing the best products to suit our needs (even though it was hard for me to part with the money) it was worth every penny.  All of your contractors and vendors were instrumental in helping us choose the designs and finishes that helped turn the house into just what we wanted.  I can’t think of too many other people I know that stand behind their product like you do.  Thank you for everything you did for us and I will continue to tell everyone I know that you are the only home builder I’d recommend in Lake and Geauga.

Our kids have left the nest and are on their own.  This is the first house Sandi and I have built and we wanted it to be a special place for our children and grandchildren to visit and spend time with us.  Rick helped us select an initial plan and modify that plan to reflect our interests and needs.  Throughout the building process we continually refined our plan.  Rick was with us every step of the way with valuable suggestions based on his long experience building homes.  Since this was our first new home we greatly appreciated Rick’s attention to detail.  We always felt that Rick “had our back”.  He pointed out issues and concerns of which we were not even aware, and helped us to customize down to the smallest detail.  It was also important to ensure that our new home met our specific accessibility needs.  Since the house was not in a subdivision, we had to run utilities, a gas line, and cable quite a distance from the street as well as dig a well and establish a septic system.  Rick supervised all of that construction as well.  We are now living in the home of our dreams and looking forward to many memorable times with our family.

Our building experience with Little Mountain Homes was very good.  We found Rick through a friend, and the person and company were all that they were said to be.  We had a difficult lot with some variance required and Little Mountain stayed with it and worked us through the pro9cess.  We had many changes to our home design, which was a Little Mountain design and Rick, Larry and Wendi worked well with us during those changes.  The completion date was quoted and met, even with our changes, and we were satisfied with dollars spent compared to budget.  We remain very satisfied with the quality of construction.
