My husband and I met Rick Colwell a tone of his model home open houses. We loved the house but always wanted to live close to the lake. Rick helped us pick out the perfect lot with the prefect lake front view. Rick helped us design a custom home to capture the view of the lake. Rick had wonderful ideas and truly helped us, as we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted. We spent hours with him at his office while he patiently helped us plan our home. He had us look at ideas in his other model homes and we incorporated some of these ideas into our home. His staff and tradesmen were extraordinary. We were, and still are, very satisfied with our Little Mountain experience. During the building process we were pleased at how smoothly everything went. When we signed our contract, we were given paperwork with supplier’s information along with our deadlines for those choices. We ran into some roadblocks with our choices and we were a little behind our deadlines. My husband and I are both perfectionists! We felt no pressure from Rick or Larry to make our selections. It’s a lot of decision making that will be part of your home for a long time, and it was a relief not to have added pressure from your builder.
